    Liaison in French
     

    French pronunciation sometimes seems to be hard because of liaisons.

    When a French word ends in consonant, it is normally silent. In some cases, the final consonant can liaise and be pronounced with the next word begins with a vowel : that’s a liaison.

    Here are, in the French post, rules about the required liaisons and the forbidden liaisons which should never happen.
